At RootRural, we believe that change begins by empowering people. That is why we are launching our strategic training cycle with a workshop designed to turn intentions into real action plans.
Workshop 1: What Am I Doing This For and Why? Strategy and First Steps in an Entrepreneurial Project
This first session is not just another theoretical class. It is a practical space where we will work on the foundations of any successful initiative, whether it is a business (an economic project) or an association (a social project).
What will we learn?
Purpose and Identity: Clearly define the “why” behind your idea.
Agile Methodologies: An introduction to the Lean Mindset to validate ideas quickly and without fear of failure.
Social and Territorial Impact: How to create a model that benefits not only the entrepreneur, but the entire community.
Is this workshop for you?
We are looking for participants who identify with one of the following situations:
- You have an idea that is still not fully defined and need structure.
- You feel you have lost motivation and want to rethink your project or association.
- You are eager to become an entrepreneur, even if you do not yet know exactly in which area.
Practical Information
The workshop will be held in a hybrid format, allowing you to attend in person or online from anywhere:
- Venue: San Esteban de Gormaz Business Incubator.
- Online: Available via Zoom (the link will be sent after registration).
- Date: 25 March.
- Time: 4:00–7:00 pm (Spanish time) / 3:00–6:00 pm in Portugal.
Registration is completely free, but places are limited to ensure high-quality support for all participants.
By taking part, you will also have the opportunity to access free, personalised mentoring sessions to help consolidate your project.
